What do we do?

Firstly we remove all debris from the deck then rinse with water
-
A special eco based detergent or cleaner is sprayed over the deck to remove mould, mildew, lichen and cam sometimes remove the gray oxidation colour from the surface of the wood.

We leave it for a bit to do its thing and then rinse off.

This leaves the deck clean and free of all debris and ready to be sealed or stained (or not if you prefer).
